The Denmark Ambassador, H.E Tom Norring, in the company of the Comptroller-General of Immigration (CGI), Mr. Kwame Asuah Takyi, paid a day visit to the Document Fraud Expertise Centre (DFEC) at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA). The Centre which was founded by the Danish Government has trained officers of the GIS, Police CID, Passport Office, the Registral General’s Department and personnel of the Birth and Death Registry in document fraud detection. This has drastically brought down the incidence of identity fraud.
