Mr. Kwame Asuah Takyi, Comptroller General of the Ghana Immigration Service, received a delegation from the International Organization for Migration today (IOM).The group was led by Ms. Abibatou Wane Fall, Chief of Mission, which included Daniel Tagoe, a national project officer, as well as Nnamdi Iwuora, Senior Programs Manager. Some designated GIS officers, including the Deputy Commissioner in charge of operations, Mr. Isaac Luortey, ACI Amponsah, the Head of the Intelligence Section, The Chief Staff Officer Lawrence Agyei Agyapong, and the Head of Policy Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring Department (PPMED), Mr. Thomas Ewuntomah, were present to deliberate on joint projects and pending developments between the service and IOM. A copy of the GIS quarterly magazine, which includes certain collaborative activities of the two organizations, was given as a souvenir by the CGI to the IOM delegation.
